>PC has always been a key element of Far Cry’s DNA Rigggghhhhtttt Specs seem modest tbh. I could actually run it at 4K @ 30FPS if I had a better CPU (still running on i5 @ 3.2 GHz). Well... and a monitor that supported 4K Of course since it must run on console (NOT that console is a leading factor in FC design! Oh no no. Honest. Really. Would we lie to you guys?) then the specs for 720p HAVE to be within reason. Another reason the engine has been slow to upgrade after how many years now? Nahhhh coincidence.

I've got the monitor for 4K, but not the GPU - still using the 970. And given the current market situation regarding GPUs unlikely to upgrade anytime soon ...
But do agree, the requirements aren't as extreme as I was expecting. However, if there are issues similar to the initial FC4 release, then that's a while other story.

I recently did something I said I'd NEVER do again. Bought a copy of an Assassins Creed game (Origins). I was surprised to see a significantly better frame rate than GRW with the same GFX settings on my rig. Hoping the same proves true for FC 5.
