I've got a new rig enroute from Digital Storm; so my old one will be for sale soon (I got it in late Oct or early Nov 2015). I will ship it anywhere in the US lower 48 (at your expense) in the original Digital Storm packing it came in.
Good News/Bad News
Bad first: 1. The case is in excellent mechanical shape, and the sides and front are in excellent cosmetic shape. The top has fair few surface scratches in it from my cat using it as a springboard to other stuff.
2. The motherboard has 8 RAM slots and is a quad channel board. One of the slots (not sure which of the four in that quad) is bad; taking out the other three slots (the comp WILL NOT boot if anything is plugged into ANY of those four slots).
3. There are two XMP (Xtreme Memory Profiles) in the BIOS--for whatever reason the comp has never booted reliably into Windows with the XMPs disabled YOU MUST USE EITHER XMP PROFILE 1 OR 2 The comp is rock solid on either of the XMPs however!
Good News: The other four RAM slots are fine and the board still supports up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM
Specs: Case: Corsair Obsidian 550D flat black, no windows or glitz; completely tool less, 2 120mm Corsair intake fans with magnetic filter screen, dual hinged (both R and L sides) front plate which comes off entirely, 2 front USB 3.0 jacks-On/Off button-reset button-headphone & mic jacks, 2 back USB 3.0 jacks, 2 USB 2.0 jacks, 240mm pop off top plate for 2 120mm fans, a 120mm radiator, or a 240mm radiator (nothing in it now--magnetic filter screen in place), huge pop off L side cover with magnetic filter screen for at least 2 more 120mm fans (nothing there now), 1 button removal R & L side panels access to the guts or back of the MB
OS: Win 10 Home 64 bit plus the install/repair disc
BIOS: American Megatrends F23
CPU: Intel i7 5820K 6 core (stock clock @ 3.3GHz) OCed to 4GHZ via the multiplier and a 1/10 of a volt in the BIOS--it has been rock stable since the day I got it
CPU Cooler: DS Vortex 120mm All In One cooler; self contained no maintenance liquid cooling with 2 120mm fans (1 blow through; 1 pull through) & a 120mm radiator --blows out the back panel at the top (works like gang busters!)
MB: Gigabyte X99-SLI (X99 chipset needless to say)
