Attached you find the editable bow file. I use Notepad++ (freeware).
Search for fLevel (use the second value under base damage, the first is for melee)

and change to your liking, right now the value is 1000. An average RA goon has 100 hitpoints, a rhino about 3000 to 10000.
With the headshot multiplier
<field name="fHeadDamageMultiplier" type="Float32">10</field>
you can make additional changes, 1 is standard I usually use 3.
After finishing, repack the file with
Gibbed.Dunia2.BinaryObject
delete the ending of _converted and copy the result into entityarchetypes.
This is my personal checklist for weapon modding
1. Change fLevel
2. search fHeadDamageMultiplier and check, head 3, Torso 1, legs .5
3. change fRange to Effective firing range
4. Change range multipliers for difficulty levels (usually add a 0 to fMaxRange values)
5. Check iMaxNumAttachments set to 3
6. Change iAmmoInClip to wikipedia or manufacturers data
7. Look for <field hash="F2E588CD"
type="BinHex">6D61677570677261646500</field>
about 9-10 lines below that is <field hash="C9EE359F"
type="Int32">10</field>
Change value if a bigger magazine for the weapon is available - value is
not additive but new magazine size.
