Found The Files Early Into My Own Project, Although It Has Been A While, Forgot To Take Notes. However I did Manage To Find 2 Possible Files Connected To This, You Will Have To Experiment Around A Bit.
These Are Just Assumptions. From My Part
patch_unpack \ ui \ fire_depload.xml Contains The Pictures Called To The HUD, Presumably; If Removed you Remove Them For All HUD Notifications Involving That Picture. Cross In This Case, Would Remove The On-Screen Pictures From Swap And Use Commands, I Think Those Two Are Connected
patch_unpack \ __UNKNOWN \ misc \ 77247810CF9D29DC Seems To Call The Function To The Screen, Meaning This Seems To Be Connected To What´s Shown On The Screen
I To Wanted To Have This Feature Removed In My MOD, Hopefully My Assumptins Are Correct. You Wouldn´t Mind Sharing Your Findings Later On In This Post Perhaps? If You Do Come To A Solution?
Good Luck, And Hopefully I Was Of Some Sort Of Help To You.

Strange As There Are info In Both
Fire Depload: Just Toke The Two First As An Example
<CFireUIResource ID="ui\common\buttonlib.feu" crc2_ID="12401869136468745586"> Bunch of ButtoN Related Pictures Under This
<CFireUIResource ID="ui\singleplayer\hud\mainhud\h_weaponswapping.feu" crc2_ID="4727890662508492359"> Has Some Pictures Of Different Guns, Patiance Will Be Required, As They Are Spread Throughout The File... FC In A Nutt-Shell
77247810CF9D29DC: Just Toke The Two First As An Example
<OasisSignal sOasisName="WeaponSwap" sSignalName="use" padOverrideImage="0" /> <OasisSignal sOasisName="HoldUse" sSignalName="use" padOverrideImage="0" />
These Would Be My 4 First Experimental Areas, AS They Do call For The Associated Functions & Pictures
CTRL + F Search Helps Fine Here...
These Should Help You Understand Some Of The Important Areas Of The Folders, In Wich You Should Be Able To Get The Right Files From

Okey Let Me Go Through The Basics Here.
Everything Related To The Core Functions Of A Weapon, Is Located For The Most Part In The Entities Folder.
As Such, The MP5 Uses:
Entities: 7660420242520.ark 7728321108596.ark 7728321144714.ark
So Far All Weapons Entities Has At Least 3 Areas, Wich Each Area Has Been Given A File: Area 1 Graphics. Area 2 Functionality. Area 3 Animations & Scenrios.
This Isn´t Absolute, As Sometimes The Devs Made Them Mixed, Even More Of A Headache.
Function Files SEEMS To Be Highly Related/Connected To: 77247810CF9D29DC And FireDepload.
I Wouldn´t Rule Out The Usefulness Of The Shop File, Just To Find The Related ShopIcon Name, And Perhaps Other useful info.
CDCB723F8C565609.maybe.rml
Like I Was Meaning To Say Above, FC4 Is Not As Straight Forward As FC3 Even Tho, That Game Wasn´t MOD Friendly Either. A Lot Of Trial An Error, Finding Everything In This Cryptic Environment, Is What Lures Me Into This Swamp Of Files

Sounds Awesome.
Remember Start Small Get Used To One Weapon, Try Get It Just The Way You Want It.
When You Finally Start To Understand The Layout, You May Find That You Can Do More Then, Just That One Thing. It´s Really Fun When You Start To Dig, And Get " The Ropes All Nice And Losse ", So To Speak.
