This may not be a bug since this situation also exists in Ziggy's mod:
No longer can you get a tipped-over vehicle/buzzer to an upright position, as was the case in vanilla (in both games).
The prompt is there, and the vehicle/buzzer moves a small distance, but it will not go to an upright position.
It can be frustrating when you want to use that buzzer to get home with for example ...  |

For tipped over vehicles you need to rapidly tap the E button (or whatever button you have assigned to interact). Press and hold won't work since I changed the behavior of the interact to just press.
Rapidly pressing it however should work (at least I've done it successfully for small vehicles and hang gliders, pretty sure I've had to right buzzers as well...)
This probably needs to be documented better or put into the FAQ.

An update; for a turned over simple pickup truck, rapidly pressing the interact key when "push" is displayed did not flip the truck right side up.

The Buzzer will turn over with the rapid "Push" command. Not tried a truck...

Update: Did get a truck to flip right side up when it was on a slight incline. That actually makes sense, versus being able to flip one completely over on level ground. Cool ...
