So it appears that other... "people"... have figured out how to spawn in weapons and items into the game. These guys seem pretty dead set on showing everyone how "cool" they are with their leet hacking skills and so it's just a matter of time (days probably if not sooner) before info appears on Reddit and elsewhere. Ubi can bring the ban hammer on YT videos by claiming copyright infringement, but there is little they can do to stop pictures and posts from appear on Reddit and other forums (besides their own of course).
The cat is most likely out of the proverbial bag.
So. I may just go ahead and share what I know for those who want to know it. Jury is still out
EDIT: having said that I will NOT (now or ever) mod any content early into the game nor activate content locked by season pass for everyone to use. Maybe (bug maybe) someday I might add cut content back in (once I'm sure it's well and truly cut and not being held for future release), but I won't try to circumvent Ubi's release schedule or otherwise tamper with their stuff. It wouldn't be right (or smart) for anyone to do that.
