Testing of moving out from Dutch's region into Holland Valley: Still using the patch 5 files and no issues yet on general game play with the beta. Went to liberate Gardenview and it worked as advertised; 400 RP, 1 rescued civilian for 5 RP, 1 perk, and $2000 bonus. In getting over there saved Merle and his buddies at the trailer park as well as getting a couple of perk magazines. Game play netted me 4 civilians & 1 VIP, for a total of 25 RP, versus what would have been a total of 250 prior to liberation. All total siting at 430 RP currently, but would have been at 700 RP in vanilla. Didn't get hit with any random events however so far. Well that is sounding promising. Do let me know if you are not encountering hostage vans, convoys, etc. in case my changing of the spawning preconditions negated something from early play (or do those only show up until stage 2+ ?)

Another Story Mission: Holland Valley - "No Means No" - 600 RP (destroy the YES sign; player initiates this mission) Added that one as well bring Holland Valley up to 16,900 possible RP in the base game. Wondering if there are other "hidden" missions like that? I don't think I ever thought to destroy the YES sign before...

By random events I mean; didn't get any RP for an event in which I did nothing. For example - you can be fishing on an island in the middle of the river and out of the blue, you just "looted" a truck or you "saved" a civilian. More likely to happen latter as the resistance meter fills and there are more NPC on NPC engagements. However have experienced what I've described early in game previously. Just didn't happen this time in the test run. The vans, trucks, etc are indeed spawning on the roads. Convoys will only show up once in any region you hit that first RP milestone.

The key has been folks over on the Ubi forums discussing how come they don't get everything marked off once a region is completely cleared. Case in point; when the armed convoys spawn, you best deal with them right away, because they'll disappear otherwise (supposedly a fix is in the works, but who really knows if it's going to be addressed) later on. That means one mission in the region will not get completed and the regional counter will reflect same. This is unlike Falls End auto-completing if you wait too long to liberate it.

I have to ask. How, and where did you get the No Means No mission?

I have to ask. How, and where did you get the No Means No mission? It is a hidden mission that only appears once you shoot the yes sign. Every region has one “secret” mission. Henbane is part two of Guy’s movie quest, and whitetail is a hidden prepped stash.

I have to ask. How, and where did you get the No Means No mission? Wish to update this ever so slightly - it's the YES sign up on the mountain side, visible to all. It's not the large individual "YES" letters on the main road into the Seed Ranch property. For some strange reason they are not destructible, at least not via helo fire.
