Will attempt here first -
After wrapping up Act 1 and heading out into the rest of southern Kyrat ...
Given that the Bushman (Signature) was converted to 7.62, why wasn't the Warrior AK converted also to 7.62?

Still on the todo list, since the gun has such a terrible price/value relation that I thought noone would use it. Have to think of improving it somehow, since you can modify the standard AK for a fraction of the price.

Given the following as constructed in the latest nightmare mods (i.e., specific ammo types) - the standard ammo in the south is 7.62, and it's 5.62 in the north. It's only logical that one of the main weapon Ajay will use is going to be of that caliber, since he can then grab replacement ammo off any dead NPCs in the south, and RG NPCs in the north; The Warrior AK is/can be acquired early via two hijack cargo trucks. So ...; The standard ARs do not allow for suppressors (which is fine). However Ajay now can carry only two main weapons, and how to configure a load out is much more of a challenge (especially with the decision not to allow the M79 to be available in the shop). So having an early AR (which happens to have a suppressor - regardless of any price/value relationship) allows Ajay to swap out when he wishes to do so for another combo, while having at least one "silent" weapon. I don't see any reason to "improve" the Warrior AK besides turning it into an AK-103 as are now the standard AKs. Besides, improving the standard AK doesn't include a suppressor. I personally prefer the red dot sight on those weapons I acquire which allows for choices. The stated goal of ARs not having suppressors in nightmare gets defeated with the availability of signature AR weapons, so unless they could somehow be eliminated ... - I assume not even possible
