Hi,
I want to use this thread to search for answers to modding questions.
Here are a few:
Ajays hitpoints, right now each bar represents 100 points, can this value be changed?
Basic amounts of ammo. Right now AJ can carry 160 rounds of LMG (7.62) from the beginning. Where is this value located?
Bow drawing time. Can this value be changed?

I tried last night for around half an hour and made no progress on any of them. I'm sure they are in one of the files just as binhex values which makes finding them... tricky.
Most likely culprits (though I couldn't find them here)
Ajays HP: pawnplayer archetype file (153129968707904202.ark.xml ?). The archetype files for animals and enemies have an HP value, but I've lost my notes and I can't find which line it is. If I could find that we could see if the same exits for the player... of course all the humans always have 100 HP just different damage modifiers so maybe I'm wrong and only animals have a separate HP value. EDIT - never mind. Found the animal health hash (2B41D37D), but it's not present in non-animal archetype files. Dammit! Another look at enemies just shows damage stim modifiers to reduce damage no value of 100 anywhere...this could just be a core value that's not adjustable.
Oh well. If you ever want to adjust animal health just search for 2B41D37D and change it to Float32.
Starting ammo: feel like this should by in nomad file where we change the crafting tiers, but there's no "tier zero" items so it must be in another area... Maybe some lines in PlayerParamsService (starts on 65813). Not sure...
Bow Draw Time: either in the weapon archetype file (couldn't find it there) OR in the weapon properties archetype file. This might also be a "curve". Some values are listed as curve references instead of raw numbers. The curve files themselves contain various "knots" with different numeric values. Without whatever program they use to generate these I have no idea what the number represent.
I'm guessing you've tried adjusting these fields
name="iFireRate" type="Float32">240</field name="fPrepareShotTime" type="Float32">1</field
just to see if it has any impact?
I also found these in razors decoded bow archetype file (7815157587803.ark.xml) Line 1512-1514
field name="fPrimeTime" type="Float32">0.8</field field name="fReleaseTime" type="Float32">0</field field name="fMinPrimePercent" type="Float32">0.25</field
fPrimeTime sounds promising...

Ok, priming it is, I was looking for something like drawing.... TESTED it, FUN! I think I am going to do an ARROW mod. I found that (for reasons unknown) by pressing U you not only get fire and explosive arrows but also insanity and multi arrow..... Attachments:7677582326326.ark.xml (135.08 KB)
