You got further than I have. I couldn't even get him in the editor when I tried a few months ago. Maybe now that Valley of the Yeti is out it's easier.
My guess is everything is inside of DLC90.dat and since that's not loaded in the IGE world...
Also there will be a "cinematic" version (for the clip played when Ajay collapses in the snow in the campaign) and then the actual animal entity. The animal entity is probably somewhere in the DLC90 files.
Honestly though I'm not sure because I haven't tried messing with it. I spent an entire day trying to get Far Cry 3 entities into the editor and gave up. It seems there must be several files you need to register the object into for it to get into the editor (or game)
I have another idea, but it will require testing...

Unfortunately I couldn't download your files (it said something about me needing permission), but I took a shot at it myself and it didn't work for me.
The entity archetype from DLC90 is 7656646673631.ark.fcb 7883574180566.ark.fcb (FCC_Quadrupeds/Yeti.Yeti_White) <- took me forever to find that one. EDIT - oops I'm an idiot. The correct Ark number is 7883574180566.ark.fcb
Here is what I tried:
Tried adding 7656646673631.ark.fcb 7883574180566.ark.fcb to the object inventory the way Janne252s does it in his editor mod. This created an entry in the animal section of the editor called Yeti you could place, but no yeti. It was blank and didn't spawn anything.
Added the 7868049734621.ark.fcb which is the static mesh. This doesn't do anything because it is just the mesh used to animate the Yeti in the cutscene. (Sidenote this causes horrible and hilarious results when applied to Golden Path soldiers - they become giant weird twisted... white... things. Their meshes are all screwed up because the animations don't match. Frightening.)
Tried swapping the contents of 7656646673631.ark.fcb 7883574180566.ark.fcb into the Yak archetype file and loading that. This just caused the editor to crash.
Tried swapping the contents of 7656646673631.ark.fcb 7883574180566.ark.fcb into the Army Assaulter archetype file and loading the game instead of the editor. The game refused to laod my save game and just kept kicking me out to the main menu.
So obviously there is some file(s) that need to have the 7656646673631.ark.fcb 7883574180566.ark.fcb and all of it's related animations, textures, sound effects, etc. added so that they can work in the IGE and/or the game. Unfortunately I don't know how to do this which is why I still haven't been able to bring Far Cry 3 stuff into Far Cry 4. I wanted to swap the Arena Guards with Citra
Anyway I need someone like Fino, Janne252, or Razorfinnish to explain to me how to get assets from one game/dlc to the main one. But those guys have all disappeared So for now we are stuck I think.
If you make any progress please let me know what you did and how you did it.
It isn't present in the editor, because of that that in the editor (that is in the patch_hd file) there are no models and textures for the Yeti. Strange that it is impossible to you to download I it seems allowed access to all, it only weighs a bit too much, because of textures.
But don't prompt where it is possible to register this Yeti (I mean for the editor)?

I was able to download your files and take a look. I see you already knew which archetype file
So I added EVERYTHING from DLC90 to the patch just to see what would happen. Yeti will play some animations (flinch when hit) and make sounds, but he will not walk around or attack... hmmm... you can kill him with a lot of rpgs also. If you get too close then you get caught in a QTE but the animation doesn't play and you eventually just fall to the ground and die.
Don't understand why he doesn't work.
Do you have any idea how to bring Far Cry 3 assets into the editor? I can't get Vaas, etc to even show up in there
EDIT - do you have a copy of Fino's Editor mod for FC4? Maybe there is some hints in there how to do these things?
- Which one you are searching? I made two diffrent mods: One with new singleplayer options, with FC3 stuff (about ~1000 new entry id) - one without singleplayer options, without FC3 stuff (about ~600 new entry ids)
- is there a way to custom the editor, I mean, I would like to add more waves.
- Because the editor, its tools, options, settings and all are hardcoded, it isnt possible to change those settings (at least for me) Same like the water-square, it looks inpossible to lower the square from 64*64 to maybe 32*32
