It seems mostly dll changes.
IGE.WPF.Core64.dll FC64.dll IGE_WPF64 farcry4.exe
I now have a problem that volumetric fog is broken, e.g. instead of fog i have some white flashing, difficult to explain with words.

@ JRavens
So far FC4 HardCore Mod v1.9.0 BETA works just fine with the new update.
@ bontainer
I have no problems with volumetric fog, but i play with game version 1.10.0 and FC4 HardCore Mod v1.9.0 BETA.

Well I did include a new shop file in 1.9 with all the attachments activated, but it wasn't working properly. Maybe the 1.10 update finally allowed the file to correctly be read and now you are seeing them as I intended.
This is an ongoing problem with them - one patch certain files get read and used correctly and the next they don't. I remember going crazy because in one patch (1.6 maybe?) I could alter the elephants to drop elephant hides, but then the very next patch it stopped working no matter what I tried with the file.
So GD frustrating when the modding is inconsistent.
Glad to hear though that maybe 1.10 may finally allow my mods to work. *maybe* there's a hope for a .19 final then as well.

I checked the UBI original and there are no new attachments, same for 19, no changes. Returning back to 1.8 and staying there

Maby you should revisit and see if all your modded files is working again with this game version?

...as it says in the headline so was update v1.10.0 released today for FC4. You beat me to it....................thanks! Updating now............................sure hope it kills (AGAIN) the SLI shadow flickering v1.9 inflicted on my game! Fingers crossed! UPDATE: Looks like v1.10 fixed it (big sigh!). No more Ubi gaming with the comp connected to the net for Flanker!

Updated to 1.10 and added my v0.19. Started a new game. Game crashed to desktop. Verified files. Added my v0.19. Started a new game. Game crashed to desktop. Verified files. Did not add my v0.19. Started a new game. Game crashed to desktop. Gave up and went and played something else.
All in all a productive evening last night.

FWIW -- there's a comment out on the ubisoft forum that states this patch deals with DLC issues - a comment from someone re-stating a posting on Steam, which reportedly came from a ubisoft rep - again, FWIW.

Mine CTD'd following the update, too - failing (hanging during the "line along the bottom") to start the game. This happened regardless of the 420 - or none at all - used, nor if a mod was added. The only cure was to verify - and let it repair the files, after which it ran as 1.10.0. I then pasted in the 18 mod, and all works again. A re-added the No-Bus, LipSynch and Shop System mods, and all works now - except the XP's once again don't show. I'm not sure where this one comes from anymore, so I'm re-starting again with the plain 18 mod....
I also had Botainer's white flickering/flashing. I was on Ultra , so dropped down a notch to Very High, and it was gone.

I solved the flashing by switching the godray settings from volumetric fog to enhanced godrays (which actually improves my framerate, even if I am running an AMD card)
