This is a VAST and mysterious section which relates to the general reactions (both in and out of combat) that each creature or NPC posses.
Sadly this section has almost no labeling and there are HUGE amounts of numbers here. What those numbers do is a mystery.
What I can say relating to AIPersonality is that it controls sound, movements and special effects as well. I found this with two experiments:
1) I gave the tortoises the HoneyBadger AI and they would make the honeybadger chitter sound effect when they detected you. They would also elongate their necks in a very unnatural fashion and it was clear that the model was not meant to do so. This was in an attempt to mimic the HoneyBadgers alert "behavior" of sitting up and taking notice of you. Interestingly they did NOT actually attack me. I think this because the entity ark.fcb for them does not contain the necessary entries for damage (and they also probably lack any kind of attack animation)
2) I copied the blue demons over the army assaulter and I found that they would do the teleporting and turning to smoke when killed just like in Shangra La. However when I gave them the AI and Shooter prefs of the army assaulter they would instead act just like normal soldiers - walk about, climb into jeeps, carry AK-47s, not disappear when killed, etc. etc.

And all this science, I don't understand... It's just my job, five days a week
