As a gun nut I would say don`t, because the gap between drum and barrel prohibits effective silencing.
In game it would be extremely complicated, because you would have to find out the exact position

where the silencer should be displayed in game. There are also a lot of variables

that would have to be adjusted to fit.
My advice: Use the M1911....
