Hello,
When I convert this file to xml it is full of hashes. The link to the hash decoder in the FC4 modding forum isn't working anymore and I can't find any other tools to convert the hashes into readable text. I even tried to just use the file from the Redux mod - the normal first person FOV was higher but the FOV when climbing was unchanged.
I also have a different folder structure depending on the tools I use to unpack the patch_hd.dat - with Dunia Tools-5-r1 I have more folders (like entityarchetypeslibrary) than with the gibbed tools dunia2-r179_b116 (more files in the unknown folder). The first unpacks/converts the files from patch_hd into arks with the ID from the FC4 entity Archetype Browser the latter into the hash64 ID. When I want to convert the ark file with Dunia tools I only get a file with three lines in it - with gibbed tools it's working correctly and the file has 77 lines. The gibbed tools are working because I adjusted the shop prices already.
So my two questions are:
1. How can I read out/convert files full of hashes?
2. Is it even possible to merge mods operating on different game versions?

I have a few questions if you don't mind. I am currently using JRavens hardcore mod for FC4 version 1.08. I did a rollback and everything is working as intended.
Thanks to the Redux mod I now know you can actually change the FOV in FC4 which is great! I tried to implement this in the hardcore mod. I (think) I found the correct file via the FC4 entity Archetype Browser for 1.10 via the Hash ID. (540439538639171213.ark.fcb respectively DE06A05FCFB71B01.fcb)
